Cookie Policy

Cookies and similar technologies used on quickweb24.com

Last updated: 9 September 2026

1. What this policy covers

This Cookie Policy explains how EvenAi, trading as QuickWeb24, uses cookies and similar storage/access technologies on quickweb24.com and the customer portal.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small pieces of data stored on, or read from, your device when you use a website. Similar technologies can include local storage, pixels, SDKs and other mechanisms that store or access information on a device.

3. Our cookie categories

CategoryPurpose
Strictly necessaryRequired for security, account login, checkout, load balancing, fraud prevention, cookie preferences and other functions needed to provide a service you request. These cannot normally be switched off through our consent tool.
Functional / preferencesRemember optional settings or preferences that improve the service. Where consent is legally required, these are used only after you choose to allow them.
Analytics / performanceHelp us understand visits, page performance and service use. Where consent is required, these remain off until you opt in.
Marketing / advertisingUsed to measure campaigns, personalise marketing or support advertising. These are non-essential and will be used only where the required consent or other lawful permission exists.

4. Consent and your choices

When consent is required, we will not place or access non-essential cookies or similar technologies before you make a choice. Our consent mechanism should allow you to accept or reject non-essential categories and to change or withdraw your choice later as easily as you gave it.

You can also control cookies through your browser, although blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent checkout, login or other requested functions from working correctly.

5. Third-party technologies

Some website functions may be provided by third parties, such as payment, analytics, embedded media, authentication or support providers. Where their technologies are non-essential, they will be subject to the applicable consent controls. Third parties may process information under their own privacy notices.

6. Live cookie schedule

QuickWeb24 currently uses only essential first-party cookies. No marketing or analytics cookies are enabled.

qw_session — QuickWeb24 — signs you into your account — strictly necessary — 7 days. HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax; Secure on HTTPS.

qw_login — QuickWeb24 — ties a requested sign-in link to your browser — strictly necessary — 15 minutes. HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax; Secure on HTTPS.

Stripe Checkout and the Stripe billing portal operate on Stripe-hosted pages when payment services are enabled. Stripe describes the cookies used for payment and fraud prevention in its Cookie Policy at https://stripe.com/legal/cookies-policy. No Stripe script is loaded on the public QuickWeb24 pages.

This schedule will be checked against the live deployment before launch and updated when enabled services change.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our technology stack or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on quickweb24.com.
