1. Included term
Every website package hosted by QuickWeb24 includes 12 months of managed hosting within the website purchase price. There is no separate hosting fee at initial checkout. Payment establishes the entitlement, and the included term begins on the completed production website’s recorded go-live date, not the order, preview or approval date. Starting a form does not create an entitlement.
2. What hosting covers
The managed service covers website hosting, SSL/HTTPS, deployment management and routine hosting-platform maintenance. The delivery environment uses Cloudflare’s global content delivery and platform security protections where deployed there. DNS assistance for the agreed launch is included. Email hosting, domain registration, third-party subscriptions, an uptime service-level guarantee, dedicated availability monitoring and automated backups are not included unless expressly configured and agreed for the project.
3. Annual renewal
After the included term, another 12 months costs £29. This price is recorded centrally and copied into your order’s hosting record and renewal invitation. Hosting renewals are separate one-off payments; no automatic hosting subscription is created. Any future price change requires advance disclosure and acceptance of the next renewal quotation, and does not change a paid period. Optional monthly add-ons have their own disclosed subscription terms.
4. Notices and non-payment
Automated service reminders are scheduled 60, 30 and 7 days before expiry, and on expiry. Keep your account email current. There is a 14-day grace period after expiry before unpaid hosting enters suspension. A scheduler interruption may result in a current notice rather than several old notices being sent together.
5. Suspension and recovery
An unpaid site may be suspended after the grace period. Site data is retained for 60 days after confirmed suspension for recovery or transfer; after that it becomes eligible for controlled deletion. Restoration depends on retained data and successful renewal. Renewal during an active term extends its stored expiry; a lapsed renewal provides 12 months from confirmed payment. A transfer request pauses automated suspension/deletion while handover is coordinated.
6. Domains and your own hosting
You keep domain ownership and your registrar account. We provide the required DNS instructions or make authorised changes. You do not need to open a hosting-platform account to use our managed service. If you elect to keep your own technically compatible hosting, QuickWeb24’s included entitlement, renewal notices and charges do not apply.
7. Moving or cancelling
You may request transfer from your portal under the Website Handover & Transfer Policy. A hosting renewal invitation can be declined; this does not cancel separate monthly services. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including rights that cannot be excluded.
