1. Business-to-business service
QuickWeb24 is primarily a business-to-business service. By ordering, customers confirm that they are buying wholly or mainly for their trade, business, craft or profession. Business customers do not generally receive consumer cooling-off rights. If you are legally a consumer despite that confirmation, your mandatory statutory rights apply and this policy does not reduce them.
2. One-off website builds and custom add-ons
Our website builds and many add-ons are custom services produced from information and assets supplied for a particular business.
Before Build Ready / before work starts
If you cancel before the order reaches Build Ready status and before substantive work has started, we will normally refund the amount paid for QuickWeb24 work we have not begun. We may deduct non-refundable third-party costs that were clearly disclosed and actually incurred for your order, such as a domain or third-party licence purchased at your request.
After work starts
Once substantive custom work has started, refunds are not automatic. If you cancel, we may retain or charge a reasonable amount for work already performed and non-refundable costs already incurred. Where the remaining prepaid amount materially exceeds the value of work/costs already provided or committed, we will refund the unused balance.
After approval or launch
Once you approve the website or authorise launch, the completed one-off build is normally non-refundable, except where the service is materially defective, not as described, or a refund is otherwise required by law or expressly promised in your order.
3. The 24-hour commitment
The 24-hour build window begins only when the order reaches Build Ready status as defined in our Terms & Conditions of Sale. Delays caused by missing customer information, delayed approval, unavailable access credentials, domain/DNS propagation, third-party outages, unsupported requests or other circumstances outside our reasonable control do not count against the service window.
If we miss the applicable 24-hour window solely for reasons within our reasonable control and the standard website has not yet been approved or launched, you may choose to continue or cancel the standard website-build element and request a refund of that unperformed element. Completed add-ons and non-refundable third-party costs are excluded.
Included hosting and hosting renewals
The first 12 months of managed hosting are part of the website package, not a separately charged first-year item. Cancellation and any refund are assessed against the package work and service actually supplied; this does not restrict statutory remedies. Cancelling before payment creates no hosting entitlement. A refunded or cancelled website order does not start a new included hosting period.
Subsequent hosting terms are one-off annual renewal purchases of £29, not automatic subscriptions. You can decline the invitation or request transfer before expiry. Once a renewed term has started, a business customer does not ordinarily receive a pro-rata refund solely for moving away, subject to defects, our failure to supply, any express promise and statutory rights. A refund of a renewal is reviewed against the hosting record before access changes.
4. Recurring services
Recurring services may include AI chatbot plans, automated blogging, social-media automation, portal hosting/management or other subscriptions shown at checkout.
You may cancel a recurring service through the customer portal or other cancellation method we provide before the next renewal.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges and ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Unless the service description or law provides otherwise, we do not provide a pro-rata refund merely because a business customer stops using a recurring service part-way through an already-paid billing period.
If we discontinue a prepaid recurring service before the end of the paid period and do not provide a reasonable replacement, we will refund the unused portion.
If consumer subscription law applies to a particular customer, any statutory cooling-off, reminder, cancellation and refund rights will be honoured in addition to this policy.
5. Domains and third-party charges
Domain registrations, premium themes/plugins, third-party software licences, external booking/payment subscriptions and similar items may become non-refundable once purchased or activated because they are supplied by another provider or allocated specifically to your order. We will identify material third-party charges before purchase where they are not already included in the package price.
6. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you have been charged twice or charged an amount different from the checkout total, contact hello@evenai.uk with the order reference. We will investigate and correct any verified billing error promptly.
7. How to request a cancellation or refund
Use the cancellation/refund control in your QuickWeb24 account where available, or email hello@evenai.uk with your order number, business name and reason for the request. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify the account or transaction.
8. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method. Payment-provider and banking times vary, but we will normally instruct the refund within 5 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the funds.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact us first if you believe a charge is wrong or a service has not been supplied as agreed. Using a payment-provider dispute process does not remove either party’s contractual or legal rights, and we may provide the payment provider with order, fulfilment and communication records relevant to the dispute.
10. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer and consumer-distance-selling rules apply, you may have statutory cancellation rights. Where you expressly ask us to begin a service during a statutory cancellation period, the law may allow us to charge a proportionate amount for work supplied before cancellation, and completion of a service may affect the cancellation right where the legal requirements are met.
