How much does a website cost?+
A standard five-page QuickWeb24 website costs £149, including design, build, deployment and the first 12 months of managed hosting from production launch when we host your site. Renewal from year two: £29/year by payment invitation, without automatic hosting charges. Additional pages cost £29 each. Optional services are itemised separately.
When does the 24-hour window start?+
After cleared payment, a complete brief, required assets or permission to proceed without them, and any necessary access information. This is Build Ready status. Complex features may need additional time, confirmed before work begins. Customer delays, approvals and third-party delays are excluded as described in our terms.
What counts as a page?+
A page is a distinct part of your website, such as Home, About, Services, Contact, Pricing, Gallery or FAQs. Your standard package includes up to five pages.
Can I use my existing domain?+
Yes. We can connect your new site to an existing domain. You keep domain ownership and renew it with your registrar. The first 12 months of our managed hosting are included from launch; further terms cost £29/year. Compatible customer hosting has no QuickWeb24 hosting renewal. Your existing site and email stay in place until you approve the preview and launch checks pass. A new domain is needed before launch, but can be obtained during the build.
Can I update the website myself?+
The optional manual blog system (£149 one-off) lets you write, edit and publish your own articles. Other editing and portal requirements can be agreed separately.
Can customers book and pay online?+
Yes. Booking integration is £49, booking with payments is £99, and a standalone Stripe/payment integration is £79. Third-party provider charges may apply separately.
How do I review the website?+
Use your customer dashboard to see the preview, submit a consolidated round of reasonable minor amendments, approve the finished version and separately authorise launch.
Can you automate my social media?+
Plans start at £39/month for two posts per week on up to two platforms, plus £99 initial setup. Three and five posts per week are £49 and £69/month.
Do I have to buy any extras?+
No. Start with the £149 five-page website. Extras are optional, and setup costs are shown separately from monthly services.
How do I cancel or ask for a refund?+
Manage recurring billing through the customer portal. For an order cancellation or refund, send a support request or email hello@evenai.uk with your order reference. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how each stage of the build is handled.
