Terms & Conditions of Sale

Terms for buying QuickWeb24 websites, add-ons and recurring services

Last updated: 9 September 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern orders placed with EvenAi, trading as QuickWeb24 (“QuickWeb24”, “we”, “us”, “our”), through quickweb24.com or another QuickWeb24 checkout.

QuickWeb24 is designed as a business-to-business service. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing wholly or mainly for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft or profession and that you have authority to place the order for the named business. If you are legally a consumer despite that confirmation, nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Our services

We provide fast website design/build services and optional add-ons, which may include additional pages, blogs, AI chatbots, social automation, booking/payment integrations, forms, messaging integrations, client/staff portals, hosting and related digital services. The exact specification and price are those shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.

3. Ordering and contract formation

You may select an offer, provide contact details and save or resume your Website Information Pack before payment. Starting or saving does not authorise paid build work. Payment is collected automatically through checkout once you are ready.

A contract is formed when we accept your order and issue an order confirmation, unless the checkout clearly states a different point of acceptance.

Your saved project reference connects your intake, payment and customer portal. Build authorisation requires cleared payment, validated required information and confirmed hosting compatibility.

We may reject or cancel an order before work begins where the request is unlawful, outside our supported scope, technically impracticable, abusive, fraudulent or otherwise unsuitable. If we do, we will refund amounts paid for services we will not provide, subject to any non-refundable third-party costs clearly disclosed before purchase.

4. Prices and payment

The Professional Business Website costs £149 one-off for up to five pages, copy based on your supplied information, mobile-first design, contact form, basic on-page SEO, social links, supplied Google Maps, SSL, existing-domain connection and one consolidated revision. Additional pages cost £29 each. Standard booking integration costs £49. Other approved catalogue additions are itemised automatically before payment. Your agreed order total is recorded and does not change with later catalogue prices. Any applicable tax is disclosed before payment.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, payment is due in full before work begins. Recurring services are charged at the frequency shown at checkout until cancelled in accordance with these terms.

5. When the 24-hour build window starts

The “live within 24 hours” service commitment applies only to a standard build that has reached Build Ready status. An order becomes Build Ready when:

cleared payment has been received;

all mandatory website-brief fields have been completed;

all content/assets reasonably required for the selected package have been supplied or the customer has authorised us to proceed without them;

any required access details (for example, domain/DNS or third-party integration access) have been supplied where needed for launch; and

the order does not include a feature explicitly described as requiring a longer or separately confirmed delivery time.

The 24-hour period means 24 consecutive hours from Build Ready status unless the checkout states a different service window. If customer action, missing information, third-party outages, domain/DNS propagation, approval delay, unsupported content or circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent completion or launch, the clock is paused or the affected delay is excluded.

If we miss the applicable 24-hour window solely for reasons within our reasonable control and the site has not yet been approved or launched, you may choose either to continue with the build or to cancel the standard website-build element and request a refund of that unperformed element. Completed add-ons and non-refundable third-party costs are excluded from that refund.

6. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate and lawful information promptly. You confirm that you own, control or have permission to use all names, text, logos, images, video, trademarks, data and other materials you supply, and that our use of them to provide the service will not infringe another person’s rights.

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of claims about your own business, products, prices, qualifications, regulated services, promotions and policies. You must review the website before final approval.

7. Content we will not publish

We may refuse or remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, malicious, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, sexually exploitative, promotes prohibited activity, creates an unreasonable security risk, or would expose us or our suppliers to legal or platform-policy risk.

8. Revisions and scope changes

The £149 package includes one consolidated round of minor wording, contact, image, colour, service-information or layout corrections before approval. Additional pages or functionality are additional work and use approved catalogue prices where available. Redesigns and work without an approved price are held for custom scope; no price is invented. Corrections of our implementation errors do not consume your customer revision allowance.

New pages, redesigns, replacement concepts, new integrations, substantial copy changes or features outside the purchased specification may be treated as additional work and priced before implementation.

9. Approval and launch

You are responsible for reviewing the preview and identifying material errors before approval. When you approve the website or authorise launch, the build is treated as accepted subject to defects that were not reasonably apparent during review. Changes requested after approval may be chargeable.

Where domain access or DNS propagation delays prevent immediate launch on your final domain, we may treat a fully deployed accessible preview/staging version as completion of the build while the domain connection finishes, provided we continue the domain connection work without unreasonable delay.

10. Domains, hosting and third-party services

The standard website package is £149. Where QuickWeb24 provides hosting, the purchase price includes the first 12 months of managed hosting from the production website launch date. There is no separate initial hosting charge, and preview or build time does not start the hosting term. Further 12-month terms cost £29 each, paid through a renewal invitation; we do not create an automatic hosting subscription. The renewal price is recorded with the order. Optional monthly services remain separately priced subscriptions. Domain registration, domain renewal, business email and other third-party services are separate unless expressly included.

You retain domain ownership and your registrar account. We provide DNS assistance for launch without requiring you to create a new hosting-platform account. You may choose technically compatible customer hosting before purchase; that route has no QuickWeb24 hosting entitlement or renewal. You may request a website transfer under our Website Handover & Transfer Policy. The Hosting Terms govern notices, grace, suspension and recovery.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, account suspensions, API changes, platform policy changes, price changes or service discontinuation outside our control, but we will take reasonable steps to help restore affected integrations where that work is within the purchased service.

11. Intellectual property

It is your website. You retain ownership of your content, supplied images and domain. Once all sums for the completed website are paid, the customer-specific completed website output belongs to you and may be exported for use with another provider. Pre-existing reusable components and third-party materials remain subject to their applicable licences, as explained below. Existing accepted orders retain their agreed rights.

QuickWeb24 retains ownership of its pre-existing and reusable materials, templates, frameworks, code libraries, automation workflows, build systems, methods, know-how and generic components. We grant you the licence reasonably required to use those components as part of the completed website for as long as they remain incorporated in it.

If an export, repository transfer or migration package is included in the purchased service, we will provide it as described. Otherwise, migration/transfer assistance may be separately chargeable and may be limited by third-party technology or licensing.

12. Portfolio use

Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may identify your publicly launched website as work produced by QuickWeb24 and display screenshots or links in our portfolio, provided we do not disclose confidential information. You can opt out by contacting hello@evenai.uk.

13. AI, automated blogs, chatbots and social automation

Some optional services use automated or AI-assisted systems. Automated content can contain errors or require context. You remain responsible for business-specific factual claims, regulated statements, prices, offers and other information that only you can verify. Where an approval workflow is provided, you should use it before publication. We may apply automated safety and quality controls, but these do not replace your responsibility for your business content.

14. Recurring services

Recurring services renew at the interval and price disclosed at checkout unless cancelled. You may cancel through the customer portal or other cancellation method we provide before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the service description states otherwise.

We will make material changes to recurring prices or core service scope clear before they take effect and provide a reasonable opportunity to cancel. If consumer subscription rules apply to a particular customer, we will provide any additional notices, cooling-off rights and cancellation mechanism required by law.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access to a service where payment is overdue, use creates a security risk, the service is being used unlawfully, or a material breach is not remedied after notice where notice is reasonably practicable. We will act proportionately and restore access when the issue is resolved where appropriate.

16. Service standard and warranties

We will perform services with reasonable care and skill. Except for express commitments in the order and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, we do not guarantee particular search-engine rankings, traffic levels, sales, enquiry volumes, social-media reach or business results.

17. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

For business customers, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, anticipated savings or business opportunity arising from the service. Our aggregate liability arising from an order or connected series of events is limited to the total amount you paid to QuickWeb24 for the affected service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where a different limit is required by law.

18. Confidentiality and data protection

Each party must use reasonable care to protect confidential information received from the other. Our handling of personal data for our own purposes is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data solely on your behalf, additional data-processing terms may apply.

19. Events outside reasonable control

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including widespread hosting, network, domain-registry or third-party platform outages, provided the affected party takes reasonable steps to mitigate the impact.

20. Changes to these terms

The terms in force when a one-off order is accepted apply to that order. We may update terms for future orders. For ongoing services, material changes will be notified in advance where reasonably required, and you may cancel before the change takes effect if you do not accept it.

21. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. For business customers, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Please contact hello@evenai.uk first so we can try to resolve a dispute promptly.
